I am writing to express our gratitude and satisfaction with your IMS Alliance products, as well as the support we have been provided by John Smith, Brett Bingham and Jeff Pugh.

In late 2006, we undertook the project of improving the overall incident management capabilities of emergency responders in Grant County. The 2006 wildland fire season was extremely busy in Grant County, and we identified several shortcomings in procedures, training and equipment which needed to be corrected. The project objectives included the selection and acquisition of interoperable equipment, and enhacements in training. The goal date ofr completion was prior to June 2007, which typically marks the beginning of the wildland fire season here in Central Washington.

The IMS Alliance products were selected as best meeting the needs of our responders. Our purchases included a PAS V ID system with four barcode scanners, and IMS Alliance board kits with incident command vests for 10 fire agencies. John and Brett were fantastic at meeting our expectations, as well as providing training on the proper use of the PAS V system.

In addition, training of the use of the IMS Alliance equipment was essential to the project's success. Jeff Pugh was outstanding at delivering the instruction to 25 fire agency representatives.

With the equipment and training now complete, we look forward to this wildland fire season and how the equipment and training will make a positive difference in the safety and coordination of emergency incidents.
